The S-Series is a small oven with the efficiency and functions of a large oven which makes it perfect as an in-store oven.

The S-Series is a small oven with the efficiency and functions of a large oven which makes it perfect as an in-store oven. All S-series ovens can be equipped with a prover or storage cabinet. S400 is also available with gas heating. The S200 is a smaller version of the S300 with all its advantages, specially designed for in-store bakeries.

Possible to move through a "standard" door without disassembling. To oven is easty to install and move around. Equipped with an energy system. Available also with prover (SJ2/300). Several options like: tray rack, storage shelf, canopy with fan, extra rack for 4, 5 or 6 trays, condensation unit, storage cabinet, humidity sensor (for SJ2/300) and left hinged door.
The S300 is developed for in-store bakery. The oven is a smaller version of the S400 with all its advantages. Available also with prover. Several options like: tray rack, storage shelf, canopy with fan, extra rack for 6, 8 or 10 trays, condensation unit, humidity sensor (SJ2/300), left hand hinged door and storage cabinet.
The S400 is developed for in-store bakery. The oven has the efficinecy and functions of a large oven, which makes it perfect as an in-store oven. The S400 is available with gas heating and/or prover. Choose between several options: Tray rack, extra rack for trays, storage shelf, canopy with fan, condensation unit, storage cabinet, humidity sensor (SJ400) and left hinged door.
The double glazed window is easy to open and easy to overview. Also easy to clean - even between. The double glass also saves energy for a more economical baking.
IBS - Increased Baking Surface IBS is Sveba-Dahlen's patented system for alternating rotation of the racks. The result is a faster, more even and economical baking.
The air-cooled condensation unit collects the steam from the oven and con-verts it into water. A good option when the oven cannot be connected to a ventilation system. The condensation unit fits all S-Series ovens. It can also be used for vertical double ovens (S200). Stainless steel exterior. Easy to install. Easy to maintain.
